Voswiz does action research and gives consultancy services for innovative information management in the fields of health care, human rights and environmental management. We focus on organizational aspects of geographical information systems and its innovative use by local people. We also help develop tools and give training to people working in the public sector and civil society. Voswiz cooperates with small enterprizes, universities and institutes to set up innovative research on scaling up experiences of local action.

We believe that relations between people are not merely one-on-one interactions but result from interplay between the environment and community networks at different scales. Geography matters in daily life. New technologies can contribute to improved and efficient local action for empowered healthy life communities.
